There is no smoking allowed even on the balcony due to extreme sensitivity and this is a NO SMOKING building If you need to smoke you will need to go to the main floor and exit the building. There will be a $300 charge implemented for the breaking of this rule with no exceptions.
Please do NOT put the sheets and towels in the washer when you vacate- I'll take care of that, thanks anyways!
You must also acknowledge:
·No parking on property - There is no parking in the building at all but there is plenty of street parking
·Potential for noise - My condo is located on the edge of downtown so please don't expect absolute quiet like a country cottage!
·Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the suite.

The space
This efficient space has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with essentials, space to eat and work. Our unit is a 365 square-foot mix of modern and contemporary designer furnishings, such as white oak hardwood floors, custom high-end cabinets and floor to ceiling windows and a small deck to enjoy the view. The main floor unit faces towards Victoria’s vibrant inner harbour and is made for that perfect morning before exploring the city. The unit comfortably sleeps 2 on the luxurious queen size murphy bed. Neighborhood overview
The Janion is situated perfectly to enjoy the sights and sounds of Victoria’s best shopping and restaurant district. Flanked by Victoria’s Historic Chinatown, Market Square, Bastion Square and the hip shopping zones on lower Johnson Street (LoJo), Yates & Government Streets. There are hundreds of boutiques and restaurants within a 5 block radius of the Janion. The street scape around the Janion was originally created to support the Gold rushes of the 1850s and 1890s (it was during the second rush that The Janion was built) and to this day, the area is the most vibrant place to be in downtown Victoria.
Getting around
The Janion is located in the heart of downtown Victoria. The most scenic approach is arguably by floatplane, which fly direct to the inner harbour all year round from Vancouver and Seattle, and from other smaller ports in the summer time. If arriving from Washington State, The Clipper is a passenger-only ferry that leaves direct from Seattle’s inner harbour. Alternatively, The Coho is a car ferry which departs from Port Angeles direct to Victoria’s Inner Harbour. If coming from the lower mainland, BC Ferries offers regular car and passenger service to Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal about 30min drive from downtown Victoria. The central location of the Janion is easily accessible by public transportation, car, or taxi from the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal or Victoria’s International Airport.
